We aim to dispatch your order within 48hrs using SMART SHIP . standard delivery is free for orders over 999 Rs which aims to delivery in 5 working days .

Below 999Rs shipping is Rs50 .

 

Returns:

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective , please contact us on email contact@sintranaturals.com as soon as possible, and within a maximum of 14 days. The goods should be sent back to us including the original invoice and packaging. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement, Refund postage to be paid by the customer. 

Unfortunately due to personal use of the products we cannot accept used products.
